Platinum Service is an enhanced service from ChanneLinx targeted at companies
that want to create or expand existing EDI/e-commerce activities without
putting a strain on their IT department.
Platinum
Service includes:

primary ChanneLinx support analyst is assigned to your account.

Extended
manned support hours (7:00 am - 7:00 pm Central Time, and after hours issues
are responded to within 30 minutes.

Monitoring
of all electronic transactions from the time they leave your system until
receipt is confirmed with your trading partner. Follow-up is provided with all trading partners on functional
acknowledgements not received within a specified time period.

Recruit,
implement, and train (via email and telephone) new trading partners at no
additional charge other then applicable registration and direct integration
fees.
