Platinum Service

WebDI’s Platinum Service is an enhanced service from ChanneLinx targeted at companies that want to create or expand existing EDI/e-commerce activities without putting a strain on their IT department.

 

Platinum Service includes:

 

·         A primary ChanneLinx support analyst is assigned to your account.

·         Extended manned support hours (7:00 am - 7:00 pm Central Time, and after hours issues are responded to within 30 minutes.

·         Monitoring of all electronic transactions from the time they leave your system until receipt is confirmed with your trading partner.  Follow-up is provided with all trading partners on functional acknowledgements not received within a specified time period.

·         Recruit, implement, and train (via email and telephone) new trading partners at no additional charge other then applicable registration and direct integration fees.

·         Annual audit and consulting session to review the success of your e-commerce strategy, evaluate opportunities for improvement and expansion, and review best practices available.

·         Includes various mapping, testing, and interconnect discounts.
