Integrated WebDI

Integrating WebDI with your back-office system achieves maximum efficiency. With integrated WebDI, documents automatically flow into and out of your system, eliminating the need for re-keying. You still have a WebDI mailbox on the WebDI site, which you should need to access only for audit purposes to see the documents that you've sent and received.

Sending A Document

  • You generate the document in your existing back-office system. The document is automatically send to WebDI using the connection protocol you've selected. 

  • WebDI delivers the document to your trading partner's mailbox in the format they require. If your trading partner has integrated WebDI with their back-office system, then the document is automatically delivered to that system.

Receiving A Document

  • When a trading partner sends a document to you, it is delivered to your WebDI mailbox in the format you require.

  • The document is then forwarded directly to your server and back-office system, where it's processed according to the rules defined in your back-office system.
