Integrating WebDI with your back-office system
achieves maximum efficiency. With integrated WebDI,
documents automatically flow into and out of your
system, eliminating the need for re-keying. You still
have a WebDI mailbox on the WebDI site, which you
should need to access only for audit purposes to see
the documents that you've sent and received.

You generate the document in your
existing back-office system. The document is
automatically send to WebDI using the connection
protocol you've selected.

WebDI delivers the document to your
trading partner's mailbox in the format they
require. If your trading partner has integrated
WebDI with their back-office system, then the
document is automatically delivered to that system.

When a trading partner sends a
document to you, it is delivered to your WebDI
mailbox in the format you require.

The document is then forwarded
directly to your server and back-office system,
where it's processed according to the rules defined
in your back-office system.
