Can my trading partners see their specific account information?
Yes. With eLinx NetInfo, your customers and suppliers can access specific account, order, and statement information that currently exists in your ERP system. eLinx NetInfo creates a "self-service" center for your users. It also frees your internal staff to handle expanding your business vs. answering questions about invoices.
Where does the information reside?
Through the use of Application Program Interfaces (API), eLinx NetInfo dynamically extracts information from your ERP system and presents it through our web-browser interface. The information remains in the ERP system, so each user views the most up-to-date information.
What documents can my trading partners see in eLinx NetInfo?
eLinx NetInfo can be configured to show virtually any document that your ERP system can make available. Typically we see demand for purchase orders, invoices, payments, credits, change orders, and statements.
What if my trading partners want customized views of their account information?
Our application displays reports, transaction listings, and documents in a format that is easily exported directly from the application into a standard comma-delimited file. This allows users to export the report data to Excel, Access, or other standard packages and then customize the report format and details to meet their specific requirements.
Can my employees use the application to improve our customer service?
Yes. Some clients have chosen eLinx NetInfo as an internal tool to quickly collect and display information to be delivered by the customer support group. In addition, eLinx NetInfo can be designed for both internal and external usage.
